Bright yellow with lemony hues. Fine and persistent bubble. Intense aroma with a predominance of fresh vegetal, broom, orange blossom and almond notes with citrus, bread dough and yeast undertones. Tasty and very fine. Certain creaminess, smoky and spicy.
