Terms of use


Our contract of sale includes any trading operation between Vinaralia (Francesc Ros Arias, address in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, C/. Major, 63 2n. 3ª., and VAT Number ES35032772T) and a customer (any person or legal entity) of the products that Vinaralia offers on via their website.



All the prices published at Vinaralia are meant in Euros and they include their Added Value Tax (VAT).

The price of the product may change. The price applied on any order will be the price published on our site at the moment of confirming the order.


If you wish to receive the invoice of your purchase at Vinaralia, you will need to add a note on the comments field asking for the invoice and make sure you fill in the following information while creating your order: Full name (of the person or legal entity), ID or VAT number and legal address.


If you wish to receive the invoice but you didn’t ask for it when creating the order, please send us an email on with all the information listed above plus the number on the delivery note (once the order has been delivered).


The products published at the Vinaralia site are in stock either on our own warehouse or on the warehouse of our providers.

In the unlikely event of running out of stock and not being able to deliver a product purchased by a customer, Vinaralia will get in touch with the customer straight away to offer the following options: changing the product for a similar one, delivering the rest of the order giving the money back for the product not delivered or cancelling the whole order and giving all the money back.


The payment is made online by credit card using CaixaBank’s secure payment platform or by PayPal using PayPal’s own platform. Both platforms use encrypted data and, therefore, Vinaralia does not manage nor store their customers’ card nor account information. These payment platforms can be used from any zone.

Depending on the delivery zone, Vinaralia can also accept other forms of payment such as bank transfer or cash on delivery. Find out more on How to Order.


It’s important that, when you create the order, you provide an address where you know you will be present when the delivery arrives (on a working day) and also a correct telephone number. If you are not present when the delivery company arrives, they will try it again another day; if you’re not present when they comet he second time, they will call you to arrange for you to collect the goods from their warehouse. If they cannot contact you, they will return the order.


The delivery time is from 48 hours to a week from when the order is sent, depending on the type of order and delivery zone. If you sent us an order over a week ago and you haven’t heard from us, please contact us on and we will check what has happened. If the goods have gone missing during transport, we will send you a new delivery without any extra cost or we will refund the money, whichever you prefer.


If you’d like to cancel the order once the payment has already been processed, please send us an email on If the order has not yet left our warehouse, we will cancel it straight away and give you a full refund.


If the goods have already left our warehouse, we will treat it as a return. We will try to cancel the transport, but if this is not possible, you will need to give the box back to the transport company at the moment of the delivery, without opening or changing the boxes in any way. When we receive the returned goods at Vinaralia, we will refund your money deducting the cost of transport (both ways).


When you receive the delivery, if you suspect that there may be one or more broken bottles inside (the box is damp or stained), do not accept it and return it to the transport company without opening it in order to benefit from our transport insurance. Then send us an email on and Vinaralia will resend a new order to you without any extra cost. 


Vinaralia buys all the products directly from the wineries or via authorised suppliers, which usually guarantees the quality of the product. However, if the wine you receive is not as it should be, please contact us on and we will find out what could have happened to it, replacing the goods at no extra cost.
