Brilliant pale yellow colour. Good carbonic strength with small bubbles. Elegant and persistent crown. Clean, candid aroma dominated by ageing aromas (bread, patisserie, syrup). Fruity notes are also evident, with a ripe nature (apple, apricot, quince).
