Bright golden yellow. Well-formed, very fine and delicate bubble. Richly nuanced aromatic intensity. Ripe baked apple, almost tarte Tatin. Nuts, lees, aromas of wilting flowers with spicy and smoky notes, honey and moist earth. Fresh, creamy and intense.
