The different varieties were fermented separately in stainless steel fermentation tanks kept at a temperature of 20ºC. Two pump-overs per day were carried out, and the tanks were emptied 20-30 days after the start of fermentation, depending on the ariety. Prolonged vatting was determined by tasting.
Malolactic fermentation took place in the tank.
The wine underwent minimal clarification and filtering treatment before being bottled.
Cherry colour with violet edges. The aroma is fresh, expressive, intense, spicy, wild herbs and very fruity. The palate is fresh, round, structured, tasty, and very fruity with discreet notes of well-integrated oak.
La Guia 9,22 points (2015). Peñin 89 points (2015).
